Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Utilize Aloha POS and OpenTable systems for order entry and management.
- Ensure food safety standards are met while handling and serving food items.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, maintaining positive guest relations.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss service improvements and share best practices.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry is essential.
- Strong upselling skills and experience in collaboration sales are advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a nightclub or high-energy environment is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction are required.
