Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising retail staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks
- Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions
- Assist in budgeting, payroll, and maintaining financial records
- Contribute to creating attractive merchandise displays
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or store management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory control, sales management, and budgeting
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with retail POS systems is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is advantageous

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
