Position Summary:
EagleRider is seeking an experienced Motorcycle Detailer/ Porter to join our service team. This is a dual role position. This role is responsible for cleaning, detailing, and transporting motorcycles while meeting company standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to safely maneuver motorcycles, and passion for working in a fast-paced environment. We need a team player with a positive attitude that can function in a high-energy work environment. This is a great position with the potential to branch out into different departments and continued growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Detailing Responsibilities:
- Wash, wax, and polish motorcycles to maintain a showroom-quality appearance.
- Perform deep cleaning of all components, including fairings, wheels, seats, and chrome parts.
- Apply protective coatings and treatments using company-approved products.
- Inspect motorcycles for dirt, grime, or damage and report issues to the service team.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
Porter Responsibilities:
- Move motorcycles between service bays, storage areas, and customer pickup zones.
- Assist with loading and unloading motorcycles from transport trucks or trailers.
- Ensure all motorcycles are parked safely and in designated areas.
- Maintain proper handling and securement techniques to prevent damage.
- Perform basic checks such as tire pressure, battery condition, and fluid levels before transport.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in motorcycle or automotive detailing/porter roles is preferred.
- Ability to safely handle and maneuver various motorcycle makes and models.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Physical ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement (Required).
- Passion for motorcycles and knowledge of different models is a plus.
