Position Summary:
We are in search of a Reservations Sales Agent that is bilingual with first-class customer service skills to join our growing team.
This individual will be responsible for sales, customer service and support for retail motorcycle rentals, self-drive tours, and Club EagleRider membership.
Compensation includes an hourly salary and commissions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage customers via all company retail channels; call center, online and in-store
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication scripts when handling different types of topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Respond to customer queries with information about products and services or technical assistance
- Coordinate with tours team on all incoming retail and wholesale self-drive tour bookings. This may include customer communication, route building, bookings, changes to reservations, hotel bookings, Mobile Tour Guide App coordination, and anything else required for front and back-end tour fulfillment.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- Route calls to appropriate resources, if needed
- Follow up on customer calls/messages where necessary
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
