Position Summary
As a Pick-Up & Delivery Driver, you’ll play a key role in providing a seamless customer experience by transporting vehicles between customer locations and our service center.
Primary Responsibilities
Ensure all loaner vehicles are clean and ready before departure from the dealership as needed
Conduct walkarounds with customers, review loaner vehicle policies, collect required information, and complete loaner agreements
Check in returned loaner vehicles and report any issues as needed
Coordinate with service department managers on loaner vehicle availability and scheduling as needed
Ensure timely service and maintenance of all loaner vehicles as needed
Perform vehicle inspections during pick-up and drop-off as required
Arrive punctually to customer homes or locations to retrieve or return vehicles
Deliver vehicles back to customers in a clean and proper condition
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to follow instructions and operate with professionalism
Reliable, detail-oriented, and punctual
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening prior to employment
Physical Requirements
Ability to drive for extended periods
Comfortable maneuvering vehicles in tight spaces
Walking, standing, bending, reaching, and occasional climbing
Lifting and carrying small items (e.g., keys, paperwork)
Performing duties in varying weather conditions
Must be able to manage time efficiently and handle multiple deliveries per shift
Work Environment
Combination of indoor (dealership/service center) and outdoor environments
Inside vehicle cabins and on public roads
Frequent interaction with customers and dealership staff
Fast-paced setting with a focus on safety and service
Collaborative team environment
