What You’ll Do
Greet every customer with professionalism and care as they arrive in the service lane
Guide customers through the service process, from check-in to check-out
Explain repair recommendations clearly and answer customer questions
Coordinate with technicians and manage service schedules efficiently
Maintain smooth workflow by dispatching jobs and monitoring progress
Ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression
Handle phone and in-person inquiries with courtesy and accuracy
Support daily sales goals by ensuring technician time is effectively utilized
