Position Overview:
We are seeking a Service Porter to support our Service Department in ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. This role involves moving and cleaning vehicles, maintaining the service lot, and assisting customers as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers upon arrival and escort them to the Service Advisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized Drive Lane, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
- Park customer vehicles in the service lot and properly store keys.
- Retrieve customer vehicles and assist with shuttle and valet services.
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and fueling of loaner fleet vehicles.
- Assist the Service Team with additional duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
