Your Responsibilities:
Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems, including:
- Engine & Transmission
- Electrical, Steering & Suspension

Brakes & Air Conditioning
Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to pinpoint and resolve issues
Communicate with Service Advisors to inform customers of additional service needs and estimated completion times
Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications
Qualifications:
✔ Ford & Lincoln or high-level automotive experience preferred
✔ ASE or similar certifications ideal
✔ Strong automotive background & diagnostic skills
✔ Team-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship
✔ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
✔ Ability to pass a drug screen & background check
✔ Must be 21 years or older
