Responsibilities :
Perform repairs efficiently, adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards
Diagnose and repair vehicle systems, including :
Engines, transmissions, and differentials
Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs
Perform multi-point inspections to identify potential issues and recommend preventative maintenance
Install, balance, and replace tires as needed
Handle minor and major mechanical repairs, such as timing belts, water pumps, and fuel system repairs
Operate diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle performance issues
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety compliance
Test-drive vehicles to verify proper functionality before returning them to customers
Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors about findings and repair recommendations
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, fostering a team-oriented environment
