Experienced Sailboat Rigger

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced sailboat rigger to join our team. This role requires extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise in sailboat rigging. Do not apply unless you meet the rigging experience requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Replace running and standing rigging.
- Service and rebuild furling systems.
- Inspect and maintain deck hardware, clutches, sheaves, and winches.
- Perform yearly rigging inspections.
- Step and unstep masts.
Requirements:
- Sailboat rigging experience is mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism.
- A positive and energized mindset; ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a "people person" attitude.
- Ability to learn and retain new information.
