Job Summary:
J Carnes & Son Roofing is hiring a General Manager to oversee operations, lead our team, and ensure we continue delivering top-tier roofing services across New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in construction or roofing, a passion for team development, and a proven ability to manage workflow, quality, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations across all departments (sales, production, admin, service)
- Lead and support team leads and crew members
- Develop and improve systems and scheduling processes
- Monitor job costing, budgeting, and performance KPIs
- Drive customer satisfaction and resolve escalated concerns
- Report directly to ownership and contribute to long-term strategic growth
Qualifications:
- Leadership or general management experience (roofing/construction preferred)
- Strong knowledge of roofing processes, materials, and industry best practices
- Experience using CRMs (JobNimbus, AccuLynx, Salesforce, etc.)
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and team-building skills
- Valid driver's license
