Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Project Coordination: Initiate customer contact before the project to outline the scope and logistics, ensuring preparedness.
- Daily Oversight: Facilitate morning briefings to clarify daily goals and ensure subcontractors are aware of their responsibilities.
- Site Assessment: Document pre-existing conditions to manage client expectations and safeguard against unwarranted claims.
- Material Management: Verify the accuracy and delivery of materials, coordinating additional supplies as needed.
- Quality Oversight: Monitor the project’s adherence to quality standards, conducting regular inspections and coordinating adjustments with subcontractors.
- Subcontractor Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for subcontractors, providing support and verifying compliance with industry best practices.
- Client Communication: Maintain consistent communication with clients, addressing concerns and managing expectations throughout the project duration.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all project documentation is complete and standards are met or exceeded.
- Project Completion: Conduct final walkthroughs with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for future improvements.
