-Perform general office duties, including answering phone
- Assist with ordering/requesting medical records
-Organizing and reviewing medical records
-Preparing excel spreadsheets of billing records
-Communicate well with clients
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
- Knowledge of personal injury ligitation would be helpful but can teach
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
