Behind the Chair:
- Must be able to effectively communicate to guests in an attentive, friendly, and courteous manner while providing “world-class” service.
- Provide excellent customer service by educating guests on products while ensuring an excellent experience from beginning to end.
- Promote and represent J.Con in a professional and enthusiastic manner
- Perform haircut, color, style, and treatment services on guests
- Recruit, build, and retain a client base

Requirements

- Enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to learn
- Cosmetology degree
- Florida Cosmetology license
