Equipment Rental Office Assistant
30-40 hours per week. Monday through Friday.
Help needed to run daily office activities within the rental office. This includes, but is not limited to, answering phone calls, taking new rental orders, managing rentals that come through the website, checking in and out rental equipment, and maintaining rental equipment as needed.
Helpful prior knowledge:
1: Customer service skills.
2: Knowledge of construction equipment (excavators, skidsteers, ect.)
3: Computer skills for entering information into our software program.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
