Position Summary:
The Network Administrator will be responsible for the daily management, maintenance, and improvement of our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be experienced, detail-oriented, and capable of diagnosing and resolving complex network issues efficiently. This role is critical to our organization's performance, reliability, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problems as they arise
Ensure network security through proper configuration, firewalls, and access controls
Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery operations
Manage network permissions, domains, and infrastructure changes
Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to meet organizational goals
Maintain documentation of network configurations, issues, and upgrades
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Network Administrator role or similar IT infrastructure position
Proven experience with LAN/WAN networks, VPNs, firewalls, and network security protocols
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Experience with Windows and Linux server environments
Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud networking is a plus
Excellent communication and documentation skills

Compensation & Benefits:
Annual Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
