Duties
- Perform custodial tasks to clean and maintain assigned areas, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
- Execute floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing surfaces.
- Conduct commercial cleaning activities in offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Assist with residential painting and facilities maintenance as needed.
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks that may involve the use of specialized equipment and cleaning agents.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial or cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is advantageous.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning standards and practices is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
