We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and a commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness. The Cleaner will play a crucial role in ensuring that all areas are safe, sanitary, and welcoming for clients and employees alike.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through buffing and floor care techniques.
• Conduct residential painting as needed to enhance the appearance of spaces.
• Execute custodial tasks such as restocking supplies and disposing of waste properly.
• Carry out commercial cleaning duties in offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Engage in industrial cleaning practices to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks to support overall operational efficiency.
• Act as a porter when required, ensuring that all areas are tidy and organized.

Experience

• Previous experience in cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with buffing equipment and floor care techniques is advantageous.
• Experience in residential painting or custodial work will be considered a plus.
• Knowledge of commercial and industrial cleaning standards is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.20 - $16.71 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
