Catering and Hospitality Manager

The Catering and Hospitality Manager will oversee all catering and hospitality services at Coca-Cola Park, ensuring exceptional guest experience and effective communication with clients and internal teams. This role involves managing game day catering events and coordinating hospitality services from planning through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all catering operations, including food service, production, and event management.
- Develop and implement staff training programs on catering operations, inventory, and service standards.
- Schedule and manage suite attendants and hospitality staff for game day operations.
- Collaborate with the Catering Director and service partners to plan and execute private events.
- Act as the primary onsite contact for events, ensuring smooth execution.
- Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and event diagrams.
- Assist in menu development and work with the Executive Chef to execute event menus.
- Maintain and update event management systems and ensure communication deadlines are met.
- Foster a positive work environment through team recognition and collaboration.
