Key Responsibilities :
- Process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, utilizing INFOR software.
- Accurately manage data entry, ensuring up-to-date financial records within the INFOR system.
- Generate and distribute invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare financial reports and documentation using INFOR tools as needed.
