We are seeking a CNC Machining and Engineering Technician to play a key role in engineering support on and off the production floor. This role is vital to process improvements, tooling design, and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct time studies and design holding fixtures, gauging, and tooling.
- Perform new tooling trials and document new layouts.
- Drive process improvements with a deep understanding of CNC processes.
- Approve card changes and handle tool and die functions.
- Process ECOs and ECRs and contribute to maintaining ISO-9001 2008 certification.
- Support quality system knowledge across the production team.
