We're a leading manufacturing/engineering company in Shakopee, MN, seeking an experienced Set-Up Milling Operator. If you're passionate about precision machining and take pride in your setup expertise, we want you on our team!What You'll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints to configure tools, fixtures, and machine settings.
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure specifications are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Proven experience setting up and operating CNC milling machines.
- Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with G-code programming is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Overtime available on Fridays.
