Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain powder coating equipment for consistent, high-quality finishes.
- Prepare surfaces and parts, including cleaning, masking, and hanging for coating application.
- Mix and apply coatings to meet color, texture, and thickness specifications.
- Inspect finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of powder coating experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Familiarity with powder coating techniques, materials, and equipment.
