The Work…

This is a new position and additional support for our amazing team of 7, in our comfortable offices located in Foxborough, MA

The new Insurance Sales Agent will hold key responsibilities to:

· Make outbound calls to high-quality insurance leads (50%) and respond to inbound inquiries sourced from organic marketing channels (50%)

· Engage with potential clients to assess their insurance needs and offer insurance policy recommendations to provide them with appropriate coverage options and generate sales

· Communicate the benefits of our service offering, our product offering, and our carrier relationships to potential clients

· Deliver proposals! Let the client decide. Not a high pressure sales environment.

· Educate the prospect

· Network, Network, Network

This position is for someone who is enthusiastic about building sales and making an unlimited amount of money. It is a fast-paced environment with lots of opportunities to be creative on your own, yet learn from highly experienced co-workers who have been in the insurance industry for years.

Competitive, creative compensation program!!

Solid base commensurate with experience, plus commission, with no maximum. Renewal commissions too!! Inexperienced sales agents can expect up to $12K in bonuses based on their production in the first year on average.

Potential for experienced top performers to earn $100K with commissions.

Plus annual bonuses based on overall company productivity and annual pay raises based on employee performance.

Do You Have?

· Solid sales experience, and a genuine interest in a career in insurance sales

Willingness to obtain an insurance license

· Technology Savvy - able to use our technology platform and navigate different computer systems; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

· Familiarity with finding, building and growing leads and customer base

· Attention to Detail and Organization: Crossing the T's and dotting the I's is absolutely key in the insurance world!

· College degree helpful, or equivalent experience

· Valid driver’s license and good driving record

· Commitment to integrity, excellence, and the highest standards of ethics

· Someone who likes to work independently and as part of a team.

· Great time management, organizational skills, and is self-motivated!

· Must be a “nice person”
