A Delivery Service Manager (DSM) is an independent service provider responsible for total operational success through territorial management of last-mile package delivery driver teams. This is not a desk job; the DSM is an active on-the-ground frontline manager who drives success directly from the terminal with metric oversight of assigned territory routes and a team of independent delivery drivers.
CORE FUNCTIONS:
- 7-day package delivery service management
- Developing delivery team and Terminal management support
- Maintain and report high metrics standards (99% standards)
- Route dispatch, rescue, and optimization
- Proactively respond and execute emergency protocols
BUSINESS STRUCTURE:
- Maintain Independent service provider status
- Commission model: Territory Revenue share
- Territory-based metric-driven operation management
- On the ground field-present frontline leadership
