Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Lead and manage plumbing projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
- Oversee, mentor, and actively help train and teach plumbers and apprentices to promote skill development and teamwork.
- Perform and oversee installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver exceptional service and results.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues to ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes.
- Monitor job progress and resolve on-site challenges effectively.
- Promote a positive and efficient work environment that aligns with company values.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years experience required
- Proven experience in a similar foreman or senior mechanic role in plumbing (residential and commercial).
- Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, installations, and repairs.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Effective leadership, communication, and teaching skills, with a commitment to mentoring and developing a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime may be required based on project needs.
