Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
- Assemble components according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring accuracy in each step of the process.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances of finished products.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance as needed.
- Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Skills
- Proficiency in CAM programming and tooling techniques.
- Familiarity with Fanuc systems for machine operation.
- Strong ability in blueprint reading and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Experience with SolidWorks for design and modeling purposes is a plus.
- Knowledge of assembly line processes and best practices.
- Competence in using precision measuring instruments for quality control checks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
