Contract Length : ongoing until a perm is hired
Shift Details : 9a-6p - Mon-Fri, Saturdays 9a-4p.
Schedule : Ideally, 5 days per week, with one Saturday every other week. May consider part-time candidates
EMR : Denticon
Travel Logistics :
Specific travel client will pay for : Travel and Lodging
Credentialing Timeframe : 2-4 weeks
Requirements :
- Name Clear Required - name and NPI
- Bread and Butter Dentistry - Fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns / bridges, full / partial dentures. Would prefer implant restoration. Endo preferred, but can be flexible
- Will consider new grads
- License Required : Active TX license without restrictions - may consider licensing candidates
- Certifications Required : BLS, DEA, CSR - 60-70% of patients are Medicaid, need to be enrolled, will help enroll if needed
