Shift Details : 9a-6p - Mon-Fri, Saturdays 9a-4p.
Schedule : Ideally, 5 days per week, with one Saturday every other week. May consider part-time candidates
EMR : Denticon
Travel Logistics : Specific travel client will pay for : Travel and Lodging
Credentialing Timeframe : 2-4 weeks
Requirements :
- Name Clear Required - name and NPI
- Skills Required : Bread and Butter Dentistry - Must be comfortable with extractions, dentures, crowns & general dentistry (including cleanings....no hygienists for the most part). Would prefer implant restoration. Endo preferred, but can be flexible
- Will consider new grads
- Procedures : extractions, dentures, crowns & general dentistry (including cleanings....no hygienists for the most part).
- They use Wave One for Endo
- License Required : Active IL license without restrictions - may consider licensing candidates
- Certifications Required : BLS, DEA, CSR - 80% of patients are Medicaid, need to be enrolled, will help enroll if needed.
Salary : $100 - $120
