Soderberg Insurance Services is looking for Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team in Lynnfield, MA.
Schedule : In- person Monday- Friday 8 : 30-5 : 00.
Description
You will work as a member of a team of experienced, talented and passionate Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance Advisors. that provide outstanding service to our Clients. Below are some of the responsibilities that this role will have regularly :
- Manage a book of business of existing clients
- Document information in our internal client database (TAM)
- Assist with policy changes and cancellations
- Assist with preparing quotes, and presenting quotes to clients / prospects
- Process client payments
- Follow-up on client payments
- Work directly with our Insurance carrier partners and clients
