EMR : EPICSkills Required : Expected to hit ground running. Will be a 1 week ramp up with onsite orientation but will be expected to begin patient care by day 3.License Required : Active WA license required. Will not consider non-licensed candidatesDEA : Active WA DEA requiredCertifications Required : Will be discussed at time of credentialing. If any certs are required, provider will be responsible for obtaining. (BLS, ACLS, etc.)MUST have clean background. No malpractice will be considered.MUST have minimum of 2 years experience as an FNP and face to face patient contact within past year.Spanish or Russian speakers are a plus.Name clear requiredMust be covid and flu vaccinated
