- Provide 10 Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support nursing vacancies across the Ralph H. Johnson VAMC and its Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs).
- All candidates are local to the Charleston facility and its outlying clinics.

- Licensed Practical Nurse I: $21.80/hr
- Licensed Practical Nurse II: $24.38/hr
- Licensed Practical Nurse III: $27.18/hr
- Main facility: Ralph H. Johnson VAMC (109 Bee St., Charleston, SC 29401)
- Outlying CBOCs, including locations in North Charleston, Savannah, Myrtle Beach, Beaufort, and Hinesville.
- Specialty/PACT Clinics: Day Shift, Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays.
- Shift Hours:
- 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
- 07:30 AM - 04:00 PM
- 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM
- 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM
- 09:00 AM - 05:30 PM
- Active, unrestricted LPN license in any U.S. state.
- Current AHA-accredited CPR/BLS certification.
- Minimum two years of recent experience (within the last six months) in the respective specialties (Med/Surg, Long-Term Care, Psychiatric, Primary Care).
- Documentation of 2-step PPD testing.
- Immunity proof for Rubeola, Rubella, and Varicella.
- Documentation of Tetanus Toxoid, Hepatitis B Vaccination, and COVID-19 vaccination.
- Annual TB re-testing as required.
Salary : $22 - $27
