Start Date: As soon as credentialed. Provider presented should be available to start within 4 weeks. Exception will be made for providers who have previously worked with Sea Mar.

Contract Length: 3 months, possibility to extend

Shift Details: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 8am-5pm, Wednesdays, 10am-7pm. 8 hour work day with 1 hour unpaid lunch.

Schedule: Monday-Friday

EMR: EPIC

Special Procedures: Basic bread and butter procedures. Injections, IUD placement, minor wound care.

Practice Setting: Outpatient ambulatory setting- Community Health Center

Travel Logistics: Specific travel client will pay for: Flight, rental car or mileage and lodging.

Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks

Requirements

• Skills Required: Expected to hit ground running. Will be a 1 week ramp up with onsite orientation but will be expected to begin patient care by day 3.
• Board Certification: Required
• License Required: Active WA license required. Will not consider non-licensed candidates
• DEA: Active WA DEA required
• Certifications Required: Will be discussed at time of credentialing. If any certs are required, provider will be responsible for obtaining. (BLS, ACLS, etc.)
• MUST have clean background. No malpractice will be considered.
• MUST have minimum of 2 years experience as an FNP and face to face patient contact within past year.
• Spanish or Russian speakers are a plus.

• Must be covid and flu vaccinated
