Requirements
- EMR: EPIC
- Special Procedures: Basic bread and butter procedures. Injections, IUD placement, minor wound care.
- Skills Required: Expected to hit ground running. Will be a 1 week ramp up with onsite orientation but will be expected to begin patient care by day 3.
- Board Certification: Required
- License Required: Active WA license required. Will not consider non-licensed candidates
- DEA: Active WA DEA required
- Certifications Required: Will be discussed at time of credentialing. If any certs are required, provider will be responsible for obtaining. (BLS, ACLS, etc.)
- MUST have clean background. No malpractice will be considered.
- MUST have minimum of 2 years experience as an FNP and face to face patient contact within past year.
- Spanish or Russian speakers are a plus.
- Name clear required
- Must be covid and flu vaccinated
