The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Director of Safety and Compliance in overseeing and executing corporate safety programs. Additionally, the Compliance Coordinator manages daily safety operations at the Training Center.

Compliance Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Oversee safety inventory, equipment tracking, and supply ordering.
  • Manage safety programs, including bonus plans, boot/glasses reimbursements, and training.
  • Support field, shop, and safety office personnel with compliance and safety initiatives.
  • Conduct new employee safety orientations and assist with drug testing processes.
  • Manage safety documentation, including project startup paperwork, SDS, and medical records.
  • Oversee HCSS skills/certification system and audiometric program.
  • Conduct facility inspections, environmental audits, and safety training.
  • Perform respirator fit tests and assist with safety prequalification systems.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and provide technical review of safety procedures.
  • Ability to travel 5-10% of the time for training, inspections, or audits

Compliance Coordinator Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate's degree in business administration or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in safety, medical, or related field preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, on computers and other electronic devices
  • Strong interpersonal skills; must be a self-starter, highly organized, and creative
  • Superior time management and organizational capabilities, including the ability to accurately benchmark project length, deliver on deadlines
