Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to guarantee cleanliness and safety compliance.
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Launder linens and other materials as required for hospitality settings.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules tailored to specific client needs.
- Address any client concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning tasks completed by the team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or commercial cleaning industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of housekeeping management principles and custodial best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety guidelines.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
