Area Lead

With a strong presence Western Wisconsin and two area offices, our corporate headquarters is situated in Lake Hallie, WI and our second office in Baldwin, WI.

We are currently seeking a dynamic Leader to join our team as an Area Lead. In this role you will take charge of maintaining the physical environment of the territory, training of new employees, and following up on inspections to ensure the utmost customer satisfaction and the consistent delivery of top-quality services. We are a growing company and there will be a lot of room to grow with us. Home office will be in Baldwin.

Must be able to pass our company vehicle insurance requirements as you would be driving a company vehicle

Schedule:

• Full Time Monday to Friday, approximately 4:00pm-12:00am or past, on call about every 6th or 7th weekend
• Holiday Pay

• Willingness to be Flexible with longer nights and rotating Weekends

Responsibilities:

• Review with operations team activities, requests, or complaints.
• Foster strong relationships with employees, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
• Maintain control of key program.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness after nightly cleaning, ensuring impeccable standards are met.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to maintain superior cleanliness standards.
• Effectively manage the upkeep of existing accounts, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
• Report any maintenance concerns directly to client/company.
• Handle customer complaints and disputes with professionalism, efficiency, and a sense of urgency.
• Address recurring or sensitive problems and concerns promptly and adeptly with professionalism.
• Train employees in task duties, empowering them to excel in their roles.
• Fill in for absent workers if necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay:

• Salaried $42,640 to $47,840.00 per year depending on experience with incentive / bonus pay
• Paid weekly by direct deposit
