With a strong presence in 32 counties and two area offices, our corporate headquarters is situated in Lake Hallie, WI.
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and happiness of our customers and clients. Experience preferred but not necessary. Must be able to pass our auto insurance requirements as you will be driving company vehicles. You will be working in a team environment.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, roughly 7am to 4pm
- Holiday Pay
- Paid Time off
- Flexibility for some Weekend work
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers by phone or email to ensure satisfaction with services provided
- Maintaining a healthy business relationship with all clients
- On-site inspections
- Use of company vehicles
- Delivering supplies and other necessary equipment
- Filling in on cleaning as needed
- Office work as necessary
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience preferred
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
Payment frequency:
- $19-21 per hour depending on experience
- Paid weekly by direct deposit
