J&F is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lead Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including commercial and residential spaces. The Cleaners will play a vital role in ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and presentable.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct commercial cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain floors through various methods such as buffing and waxing to ensure they are clean and safe.
- Assist with custodial duties in both residential and industrial settings as needed.
- Carry out facilities maintenance tasks to support overall building upkeep.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques, including buffing and maintenance of different flooring types.
- Experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning is a plus.
- Knowledge of residential painting techniques can be beneficial for specific projects.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results.
Nights
Barron: Monday through Friday 4 hours after 5pm, 20 hours per week
