With a strong presence in 32 counties and two area offices, our corporate headquarters is situated in Lake Hallie, WI and our second office in Baldwin, WI.
We are currently seeking a Leader to join our team as a Night Cleaning Lead.
$18-$20 an hour starting depending on commercial cleaning experience
Must have a good driving record and valid Driver's license , will be driving a company vehicle
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 4:00pm-12:00am or past, Rotating Weekends
- Holiday Pay
- Paid Time off
- Willingness to be Flexible with longer nights and rotating Weekends
Responsibilities:
- Review with operations team activities, requests, or complaints.
- Foster strong relationships with employees, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness after nightly cleaning, ensuring impeccable standards are met.
- Conduct routine facility inspections to maintain superior cleanliness standards.
- Effectively manage the upkeep of existing accounts, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle customer complaints and disputes with professionalism, efficiency, and a sense of urgency.
- Train employees in task duties, empowering them to excel in their roles.
- Fill in for absent workers if necessary.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
