J&F Facility Services Inc. is a premier full-service commercial janitorial company. We are looking to fill a couple Day Time Utility Cleaner Positions
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00am- around 3:30pm 8 hours/day
Flexibility for some Weekends may work a couple times per year.
Responsibilities:
- Removing any remaining debris/trash
- Vacuuming and or scrubbing floor
- Cleaning doorframes, trim, and walls
- Cleaning of Surfaces and Windows
- Follow standard method for cleaning window surfaces, sills and screens.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
- Manage tasks efficiently
- Some ladder work
- Follow a cleaning checklist, completely fulfilling customer expectations.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Use of company vehicle must pass driver screening from our insurance company
Must be able to work together in a team environment.
Payment frequency: Paid weekly by direct deposit. $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
This is a temporary position. Opportunity for a permanent position.
