What are the responsibilities and job description for the Window Cleaning Technician position at J&F Facility Services Inc.?
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented person to join our growing window cleaning business. Mostly Commerical and some residential professional window cleaning and occasionally small house cleaning assignments. This is a seasonal position that will end in November and resume in March. Oppurtunites in November to clean construction sites during the winter
Duties
- Follow standard method for cleaning window surfaces, sills and screens.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
- Manage tasks efficiently
- Some ladder work
- Follow a cleaning checklist, completely fulfilling customer expectations.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Use of company van
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, custodial services, window cleaning, pressure washing or gutter cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and understand their expectations.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure thoroughness in all cleaning assignments.
- Ability to communicate effectively on the phone.

$18-$20 per hour
Monday through Friday some possible Saturday work.
