**About the Role**

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our J Factory team as a Store Director. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail and wants to make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Recruiting new talent while training and developing existing teams to ensure everyone is contributing to their highest potential.
• Providing feedback to influence a curated product assortment that speaks to the local community.
• Ensuring the team is always on track to meet goals and exceed customer expectations.

**Requirements:**

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of management experience with similar scope.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
