Job Summary:
We are hiring for all 3 Shifts Line Leader
We expect line leader to lead production for the one of our critical priority lines. The Line Leader is responsible for providing instructions and guidance to production line operators so that each member of the line is aware of what they need to do, and what they are responsible for, to maximize quality and production. The position is also responsible for communicating with management when improvements/adjustments are needed regarding personnel, equipment or processes.

Reports to: Production Supervisor
Job Description:
- Analyze and adjust manufacturing processes with the objective to maintain workflow
- Evaluate and schedule the use of company resources to meet production targets
- Ensure that all new hires are properly trained
- Monitor and adjust the preventative maintenance schedule to maximize long term equipment performance
- Oversee and coordinate production operations for assigned line
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, standard work instructions, and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery
- Ability to set up and teach tooling
- Understanding of CNC programming and setup
- Load and unload parts and components while maintaining cleanliness
- Drive production to ensure daily goals are met
- Provide hands-on assistance in CNC operation
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Extensive CNC machining knowledge and background
- Previous manufacturing experience required
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Demonstrate a strong ability to analyze problems and use critical thinking for decision making processes
- Ability to understand and follow safety and quality guidelines
- Ability to read, comprehend and write English for completion of documentation and effective communication with teammates
- Ability to speak English sufficiently to allow for adequate communication with teammates
