Responsibilities:
- Lead regularly scheduled, weekly group training classes hosted in-studio and live virtually.
- Demonstrate and communicate proper form and technique of exercises.
- Monitor clients’ form and technique and recommend modifications and/or adjustments as necessary to ensure effective, safe workouts with continued progress.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
Experience is preferred, but not required as we're happy to provide on the job training.
A fitness certification (variety of formats are accepted) and CPR/AED are required within 30 days of start.
Pay and Perks:
Pay is $20-$30 per class based on experience.
