About Us:
J Global Energy Midstream LLC was formed in 2020 to acquire and operate midstream assets across North America, focusing on natural gas processing, liquid storage, and transportation.
The privately held company is headquartered in Houston and led by an entrepreneurial team of Industry veterans. JGE Midstream successfully closed its first transaction in Q4 with the acquisition of established gathering, processing, fractionation and terminal assets in East Texas.

About the position:
The objective of the position is to carry out activities as a helper or industrial maintenance assistant, working in all activities or disciplines developed by the company, its partners and customers, inside and outside the physical facilities according to the company's needs.

Responsibilities:

• Help and assist in the preparation, manufacture and assembly of metallic or non-metallic parts for installation, reinforcement or repair of electromechanical parts or assemblies, piping, pipelines and other equipment or industrial facilities in the oil & gas sector;
• Operate machines and equipment for handling loads such as forklifts, manlifts, skytracks, tow trucks, winches, vehicles with authorization from leadership as long as they are trained;
• Help and assist in preparing parts, chamfering them, cleaning them before, during and after manufacturing, assembly, repairs, maintenance and/or welding, positioning them correctly according to drawings and leadership guidelines, to obtain perfect manufacturing and assembly in accordance with standards and procedures.
• Help and assist or perform industrial painting services, application of resin and torque on various equipment such as metal pipes and their alloys, pressurized equipment such as pressure vessels, tanks, metal structures and metal sheets in general under the guidance of leadership.
• Carry out industrial cleaning, cutting or pruning grass and trees, driving company vehicles, delivering or picking up parts and equipment, carrying out general service activities in industrial and administrative areas, washing and minor maintenance of fleet vehicles, carrying out small repairs under guidance of leadership.

Qualifications:

• Understanding measuring instruments used in the oil & gas industry;
• Master techniques for preparing and cleaning surfaces by grinding with electric, pneumatic or manual tools;
• Availability to perform work at height and in confined spaces;
• Have knowledge of identifying parts and tools used in industrial maintenance;
• Work as a team with professionals of different nationalities.
