This position will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of various tax returns, and their responsibilities will include direct communication with clients during the preparation process.

Job is full-time; part-time will be considered.
Salary commensurate with experience or certifications such as EA or CPA.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients before, during, and after the tax preparation process including requesting relevant documents and information
- Ensure the confidentiality of clients’ documents and information by adhering to the firm’s policies and procedures
- Prepare corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns, including reviewing drafts and electronic filing
- Manage the workload of assigned tax clients
- Provide client support services, including:
- Meet with clients via telephone, virtual meeting, or in person to address any questions or concerns
- Receive incoming calls and set appointments regarding client questions or to obtain tax information
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent skills in communication, time management, and customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred qualifications:
- 1 years of QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software experience
- 1 years tax return preparation experience
