What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, equipment, and materials
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with clients and team members
- Ability to read and interpret landscape blueprints or plans
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; Class A CDL is a plus
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team in the installation, maintenance, and enhancement of outdoor spaces
- Manage job site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely on time and within budget
- Coordinate with clients to ensure their vision is executed and expectations are met
- Train and mentor team members, providing guidance on construction techniques and best practices
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards
- Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures
