Job Overview:
Fresno contractor is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years relevant experience. This position is full time Mon-Fri.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business or accounting.
- Proficient with computer software, including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
- Minimum two years experience in Accounts Payable.
-Intermediate Excel skills required.

-Ability to manage time and varying responsibilities simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Front desk management.
- Multi-phone lines.
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Complete data entry tasks efficiently.
- Utilize QuickBooks software for Accounts Payable functions.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail in managing accounts payable tasks.
