Reports to: Regional Superintendent
Job Purpose: To supervise employees on jobsite and ensure work is done in a quality, timely and safe manner. To manage day-to-day work of the crew and supplies needed in order to complete the job as scheduled.
Job Duties:
- Schedule employees so that shifts are properly covered, and man hours are utilized in the most efficient way possible
- Ensure permits are acquired for work and excavation
- Oversee employees during projects
- Develop and maintain positive working relations with crew to ensure job is completed on time and on budget
- Conduct tailgate safety meetings with crews
- Ensure paperwork is current
- Manage scope of work
- Other duties as assigned

Work Hours: Work hours are generally a regular work week of 40 hours; however, exact hours to work each day may vary as required.
